Terms of Service

1. Agreement and operator
These Terms of Service govern your use of MoveMyPosts at movemyposts.com, operated by Emre Durukan. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Questions can be sent to durukan.emre93@gmail.com.
2. What the service does
MoveMyPosts helps you import saved Google Maps places from a Google Takeout archive or, for eligible accounts, through Google's Data Portability API, and export those places to a new Google Sheet. Manual import lets you review and select rows. Direct transfer processes Maps places from the archive automatically. The service does not provide continuous synchronization or write changes back to Google Maps.
3. Eligibility and your responsibilities
You must be able to enter a binding agreement under applicable law and have permission to use the Google account and data you connect. The service is not intended for children under 13. If you are under the age of legal majority, use it only with a parent or guardian's permission where permitted by law. You are responsible for your account security, choosing the correct account in each Google consent step, reviewing exported content, and managing access to your resulting spreadsheet.
4. Your content and permission to process it
You retain your rights in your content. You give MoveMyPosts only the permission needed to read, temporarily process, and transfer the content as described in the Privacy Policy and your chosen workflow. You must have the right to process any information about other people included in your notes or lists. Do not submit data unlawfully or infringe another person's rights.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, access someone else's data without permission, distribute malicious files, interfere with the service, evade usage limits, or misuse Google APIs. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security issues, legal requirements, or violations of these terms.
6. Google and third-party services
Google authorization, API availability, account and regional eligibility, quotas, and Google's terms affect which features work. A successful consent step does not guarantee that an archive or spreadsheet will be created. Google may take minutes to days to prepare an archive. MoveMyPosts is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google. Google Maps, Google Sheets, Google Drive, and related marks belong to Google.
7. Limits, interruptions, and your copies
Imports and exports are subject to file-size, row-count, runtime, and provider limits. A transfer may fail, be incomplete, or create an empty or partially populated Sheet. Repeating an export can create another Sheet. Verify the result and keep your original archive or other backup. MoveMyPosts is not a backup or archival storage service. Features may change or become unavailable, and we do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular completion time.
8. Privacy, cancellation, and stopping use
The Privacy Policy explains data use, retention, and deletion. You can stop using the service, cancel a pending transfer when the cancellation control is available, clear browser data, and revoke Google access. These actions do not remove Sheets already created in your Drive; delete those through Google. Contact durukan.emre93@gmail.com for help with server-held information.
9. Fees
The current service does not request payment for these features. If paid features are introduced, their price and conditions will be shown before you choose them. Any separate charges from your internet provider or other services remain your responsibility.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of availability, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by third-party outages or your failure to keep and verify copies. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights or liability for fraud or intentional misconduct.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. The latest version and effective date will appear on this page, and material changes will receive appropriate notice where required. Changes do not remove rights you already have under mandatory law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent allowed by law.
